Yesterday was our one year anniversary, so we planned the whole day, we went swimming with dolphins followed by lunch/picnic on the beach. And we both enjoyed each other company.

Last night, we went out for dinner, it was something we didn plan together so she took it as a surprised. I made it very romantic; she told me that it was the best French restaurant she has been to, Kudos for me. So we went home to red flower petals all over our bedroom, we had sex and towards the end (losing my load), I screamed out my ex-girlfriend name.

I won go into details about what she did to me because male-rights group could probably sue her but I now sleeping on our sofa typing this question.

How screwed am I? And is it possible to get her back?

Its seems to me that you are still attached to your ex girlfriend and you need to make a choice either to go back to who is still on your mind or work with your current girlfriend. As a girl myself i can say that if my boyfriend right now called out his ex's name he would be half dead! from what you say she must have done something serious in retaliation.
